Work
- Since August 2007, I am working as a Researcher Scientist at the Adaptive Systems Team within the Autonomous Systems Lab at the CSIRO ICT Centre in Sydney. I am working on projects that deal with event detection in Sensor Networks, prediction and control in gas separator systems, and Smart electrical Grids. Since July 2009, I am acting Team Leader of the Adaptive Systems team, and acting project leader for the Energy Transformed Flagship project ‘Smart Grids’.
- From December 2006 to August 2007, I have been working as a Researcher at the University of Newcastle, School of Electrical Enginering and Computer Science.
- From January to October 2006, I have been working as a Postdoctoral Researcher (Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter, BAT Ib) and Project Leader
at the the Intelligent Systems Department of the Center for Computing Technologies (TZI) within the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Bremen. - From January 2000 to December 2005, I worked as a Researcher (Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter, BAT IIa) at the AI Research Group, Universität Koblenz-Landau (University of Koblenz), Professor U. Furbach.
Between July 2002 and December 2005, I was working as project leader of the RoboLog project.
From January 2000 until June 2002, I worked as a project member in a project on spatial reasoning. The project was part of the RoboLog project and founded by the German Science Foundation (DFG).
